HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation sessions and required paperwork.
Assist in administering compensation programs, benefits enrollments, and payroll-related tasks. Provide updates on benefits policies and coordinate open enrollment periods.
HR Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and ensure the company complies with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate employee records, including documentation for audits or evaluations.
HR Analytics & Systems: Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and generate reports.
Leverage tools like Workday, ADP, or HR analytics to support decision-making processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
Expertise in HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Proficiency with HR systems such as HRIS, ADP, and HR analytics tools.
Certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are preferred.
