About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing commercial lighting upgrade opportunities across the San Francisco Bay Area.

This is a high-impact, high-reward role for a sales professional with expertise in LED lighting, audits, proposal creation, and deal closing. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and commercial upgrades, this is your opportunity to make great money while making a difference.

Key Responsibilities: Generate and close sales for commercial LED lighting upgrades.

Conduct lighting audits and inventories, assessing existing systems and recommending upgrades.
Create and present proposals using EcoInsight or similar software.
Identify and prospect new leads through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.
Clearly articulate the financial and operational benefits of LED upgrades and PG&Es On-Bill Financing program.

Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to project finalization ensuring 100% customer happiness.

Qualifications & Experience: Proven B2B sales success in commercial lighting, energy efficiency, or related fields.

Deep understanding of LED lighting product types, applications, and benefits.
Ability to conduct lighting audits and identify the best upgrade solutions.
Strong proposal creation skills and experience working with rebate/incentive programs.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at lead generation.
CRM proficiency for tracking customer relationships and sales pipeline.

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
