Familiarity with Business Impact Analysis (BIA), IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR), and general airline operations. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced (Agile) and Minimal Viable Product (MVP) scope and tasks. Technology and airline operations data gathering & synthesis from existing internal sources.
Putting together requirements, use cases, scenarios, etc. and identifying potential process or data gaps towards project effort.
