Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of ESG financial reporting strategies
Oversee the preparation and presentation of ESG financial reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Manage the consolidation and reporting of ESG metriccs and data
Support the Director of Financial Reporting in developing ESG-related communications and disclosures for SEC filings.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on ESG financial reporting requirements

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
8+ years of experience in financial reporting, with a focus on ESG
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards
Prior public accounting experience
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office.
