Your responsibilities in this role- Engage with vendors/clients regarding billing adjustments
- Review and approve invoices
- Work closely with project staff in the field
- Maintain all related billings
- Collect on past due accounts as needed
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers
- Follow up with vendor/client requests
- Put together reports for executives and senior managers
- Process credit memos
- Manage accounting records, recording all new payments, balances, customer information etc.
- Check payments for accuracy, including cash and online payments
- Keep all customer account information up to date and manage any problems
- Issue bills and invoices and send to customers via available channels (physically or via email or another digital system)
- Assemble all needed information for bills receivable calculation
- Release periodical customer account statements
- Check for billing data accuracy and fix any errors as needed
- Help customers and manage complaints, including those regarding billing
- 2+ years of billing experience
- Expert in full-cycle billing
- Expert with Microsoft Excel
- Strong data entry and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast pace office environment
