UI/UX Designer

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a UI/UX Designer based in San Francisco, California. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in creating user-centric SaaS products, leading the UI/UX team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define product workflows, interactions, and UI specifications.
• Take the lead in guiding and mentoring the UI/UX team.
• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Promote usability best practices among team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends in UI/UX, mobile design, responsive design, and evolving web/mobile standards.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Knowledge of AB Testing methods to optimize user interface and experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong skills in creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs
• Adeptness in digital design processes, techniques, and tools
