Job Description
My client is seeking a seasoned Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in MEP Projects:
- Oversee the MEP components of data center projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate MEP systems' commissioning, startup, and integration.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring all MEP work aligns with project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with MEP codes, industry standards, and client expectations.
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders to ensure clarity on project objectives and changes.
- Monitor project progress and budget, reporting regularly to senior management.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent supervising or performing heavy mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.
- Proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
