About the Role:

Reporting to the Aesthetic Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing brand assets and executing marketing initiatives, including events. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales Directors and internal teams and are expected to be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

This is a temporary full-time, 14 months mat leave, contract with potential for extension.

The successful applicant will:

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Microsoft, and Adobe platforms.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Manage product materials on SharePoint and customer portals, ensuring timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director to execute quarterly marketing plans.
  • Support event planning and logistics for workshops and promotional events.
  • Analyze project performance and provide insights on ROI.
  • Support in other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:

  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing or Business-related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong decision-making skills.
