- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for data entry and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain clear and accurate records, ensuring efficient data management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to schedule appointments effectively

- Experience in email correspondence
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
