Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Incumbent leads and oversees concurrent projects from initiation through implementation. Manages the project's framework processes and methodologies involving departmental or cross-functional teams. Plans, coordinates and monitors scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff and deliverables.Monitors the project from initiation through completion. Organizes and leads activities relating to the management and completion of projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Analytical skills appropriate for the role
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Working knowledge/experience with Project Management tools
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrates strong project management skills including: assessing work activities and allocating resources appropriately
- Resourcefulness to identify and search for information and resolve problems independently
- Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to identify and evaluate issues and potential solutions and alternatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously on projects, from conception to completion, with minimal direction
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- 1-2 years’ experience in project management or acting in a lead capacity on project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of UCI policies and procedures
