We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Allegan, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from customer order through completion, coordinating with Sales Representatives, and handling administrative aspects of projects.

You will manage 3-4 inside sales representatives.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to Sales Representatives in tracking and executing open projects from customer order through completion
- Engage in daily communication with Sales Representatives and Customers
- Coordinate critical project dates, including documentation, drawings, job closing, and scheduled shipments
- Assist in the preparation of project communication documents, data gathering, and report generation
- Maintain and organize information in project folders effectively
- Provide constructive feedback with the aim of exceeding customer expectations
- Prioritize daily work, manage deadlines effectively and independently
- Collaborate with internal departments to answer customer questions related to projects
- Follow up on incoming questions/requests from customers, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving techniques
- Prepare and communicate internal/external project status and escalate critical issues when necessary
- Assist in other projects and departments as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential
- Experience in CRM and ERP
- Enterprise Resource Planning is preferred
- Knowledge of IBM and About Time software will be an advantage
- Experience in Agile Scrum and Budget Processes is necessary
- Strong Communication skills are essential
- Previous experience in Construction industry is beneficial
- Knowledge of HubSpot and SAP CRM will be an advantage
- Proficiency in SAP software is required.
