Accounts Payable Specialist Position Title:
-Payments Management-Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, wire transfers, ACH payments).-Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare analysis of accounts.-Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

Qualifications and Requirements:-Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.-1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.-Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.-Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of transactions.-Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal departments.
