You will also be tasked with preparing journal entries and facilitating the month-end close process.

• Manage and oversee the entire accounts payable process
• Oversee the accounts receivable process and ensure timely collection
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis
• Prepare and post journal entries as needed
• Facilitate the month-end close process in an efficient manner
• Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for accounting tasks • Possess knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Have a solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Be proficient in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Exhibit competency in managing General Ledger
• Show ability to maintain and manage Journal Entries
• Demonstrate experience with Month End Close procedures
• Have proficiency in using NetSuite software
• Showcase familiarity with Oracle software
• Possess experience in utilizing QuickBooks software
• Display knowledge and experience in using SAP software
