We are in search of an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to join our team in Belmont, Massachusetts, United States. The role involves managing office operations, processing customer applications, and maintaining accurate customer records in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial transactions
- Leverage ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and related tasks
- Manage expense reports using Concur software
- Maintain customer relationships and manage interactions using CRM
- Utilize Dentrix Dental Software for office management purposes
- Account for timekeeping using 'About Time' software
- Oversee accounting functions to ensure financial operations run smoothly
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments and receipts
- Handle inbound calls, answering customer inquiries and providing assistance as required
- Leverage 'Answering Inbound Calls' skills to provide excellent customer service. • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Expertise in using Concur
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Dentrix Dental Software
- Proficiency in About Time software
- Capable of executing accounting functions
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to handle answering inbound calls
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and within a team
