Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance department. If you're passionate about accuracy, customer service, and financial processes, we’d love to have you on our team!

• Oversee the processing and receiving of direct bills in an efficient manner
• Maintain and update records related to accounts receivable
• Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze data effectively
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure all accounts receivable duties are completed accurately and on time
• Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline accounts receivable processes
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial policies and procedures
• Assist with other accounts receivable tasks as needed
• Continually develop skills in accounts receivable and related areas.
• Possess at least one year of experience in a similar role, specifically as an Accounts Receivable Clerk
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel is required
• Strong understanding and experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed for liaising with clients and team members
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
