- Proficiency in Data Entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Extensive experience in handling multi-line phone systems, showcasing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
