As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be based in our GREENSBORO office and will be required to travel daily. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive paid training to all our team members.

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will receive training in the following areas:- Performing detailed roof assessments
- Identifying customer needs

Our compensation package includes a base pay, commission, weekly and monthly bonuses. In your first year, you can expect to earn between $30,000 and $60,000. According to real employee reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed, our average pay for this position is over $53,000 (over $27 per hour).
