This is a high volume and fast paced environment and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will follow up with customers via phone and email to retrieve any necessary information. Randstad is hiring for Bosch Service Solutions facilities and projects Call Center Rep, if selected, you will be an employee of Randstad working on assignment for Bosch.
Pay Rate: $19/Hr Working Hours: Must have open availability and able to work weekends Location: Pompano Beach, FL
salary: $18.95 - $19 per hourshift: Third

Responsibilities- The Call Center Specialist position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to BMW- Rolls Royce-Mini Cooper customers, following program guidelines and call center standards.
- Able to handle emergency calls, stollen vehicle and road assistance proograms.
- Respond to incoming calls and other messages from BMW customers and provide them with accurate answers and guidelines related to the BMW programs and services.
- Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
- Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluently English and French
