Job Description

Diversity & Inclusion Manager
  • Construction Firm
  • Bridgewater MA
  • Responsibilities:
  • Host networking events for MBE/WBE/Section 3 Trade Partners
  • Manage the Diversity and Inclusion Program, as well as the associated goals and commitments
  • Stay abreast of new and current trends by attending industry programs and representing the team within the community, as well as at business functions and events
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement pursuits and activities/events
  • Oversee compliance and reporting deliverables relating to diversity and inclusion
  • Provide Senior Leadership with insight and suggested changes that can be made to provide a more supportive and equitable work environment to build a more diverse trade contractor base

The Successful Applicant

Diversity & Inclusion Manager

  • Qualifications:
  • 4+ years related experience in a similar role within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction Industry
  • Experience implementing MBE/WBE/Section 3 Trade Partner Programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Certified Payroll Reporting and Auditing
  • Bachelors degree preferred
