Payroll Administrator - Robert Half

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator with a strong background in union payroll and reporting. This role primarily focuses on multi-state payroll, with most of the work centered on California. If you are detail-oriented and experienced in handling certified payrolls and union reporting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-state payroll operations, with a primary focus on California
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of union payroll and union reporting
• Manage certified payroll processes and reporting, including adherence to DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) regulations
• Maintain payroll records, manage employee timecards, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Utilize Excel with Pivot Tables to manage payroll data

Strong experience in Union Payroll and Union Reporting

Certified Payroll and Reporting expertise

DIR experience in payroll

Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables

Ability to handle complex payroll for multiple entities across different states
