About the Team:
As a Technical Project Manager at our innovative smart TV company, you'll be a driving force behind the evolution of our cutting-edge television platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, design, and QA, to lead the development and implementation of exciting new features and enhancements that redefine the smart TV experience.
What You Will Do:
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of complex projects, guiding them from conception to launch with technical proficiency and strategic vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster seamless communication and collaboration across engineering, product, design, and QA teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical acumen to understand project requirements, guide development teams, and ensure the successful integration of new features into the smart TV platform.
- Agile Execution: Employ agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, adaptability, and rapid iteration, enabling us to respond quickly to market trends and user feedback.
- User-Centric Focus: Champion a user-centric mindset, ensuring that new features and enhancements deliver exceptional value and enhance the overall user experience.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects in the software or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.
- Experience with smart TV platforms, embedded systems, or related technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Experience in project management models including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Good understanding of OS systems, media, and system architecture
- C++ and Linux experience
- The candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus
