Position: Office Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$20.00/hr

The Office Coordinator will bolster the company’s goals and bridge together internal and internal departments, as well as internal and external organizations.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage multiple agendas, including the executive officers’ calendars and other operational calendars
  • Plan, coordinate and host meetings, phone/video conferences, and other on-site and off-site events
  • Clerical tasks such as answering telephones, responding to emails, routing mail, filing
  • Track inventory and maintain company supplies and equipment
  • Translate speeches and literature between English and Japanese
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to complete various projects
Training will be provided as necessary. Japanese speaking, reading and writing knowledge will be required to communicate with Japanese organizations. Experience with Google Suites is preferred.

オフィスコーディネーターは、社内と社内の各部門、また社内と社外組織の橋渡しをします。
業務は多義にわたりますが、キャリアップも十分望める環境です。
業務内容は以下の通りですが、これらに限定されるものではありません:
*役員カレンダーやその他の業務カレンダーを含む複数のアジェンダの管理
*会議、電話/ビデオ会議、その他オンサイトおよびオフサイトイベントの企画、調整、開催
*電話応対、メール対応、郵便物の仕分け、ファイリングなどの事務的作業
*在庫を把握し、会社の消耗品や備品を管理
*英語と日本語の間のスピーチなどの翻訳
*必要に応じて他の部署と協力し合いながら、様々なプロジェクトに対応し、遂行
必要に応じて研修を実施します。日系の組織や会社とのやり取りもあるので、日本語の会話、読み、書きの知識が必要です。またGoogle Suitesの使用経験があること。
