The Lead HVAC Installer is a crucial member of the Residential Install division, responsible for installing a variety of residential HVAC systems. This role demands a high level of expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and quality work.

• Execute the installation of residential HVAC systems with precision, ensuring all projects are completed correctly on the first attempt.
• Install various types of HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, and Geo-Thermal Units.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining the ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Provide mentorship and training to HVAC helpers, sharing expertise gained through years of experience in the trade.
• Ensure all jobs and related paperwork are completed neatly, accurately, thoroughly, and on time.
