Job Description

The Product Development Engineer's responsibilities will include the following items:

  • Drive the design and development of innovative products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met.
  • Conduct detailed product design reviews.
  • Oversee product development projects from concept to completion.
  • Implement and maintain product development procedures and standards.
  • Ensure all products comply with industry and company quality standards.

  • Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Development Engineer should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product development.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and product development processes.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, rubber or plastics.
