Human Resources (HR) Manager

We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dynamic team in the Museum/Art Gallery/Botanical/Zoo industry located in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and training development.
This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the recruitment process and hiring procedures in order to attract top talent.
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Managing employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Overseeing job classification, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Implementing and maintaining performance appraisal systems.
- Utilizing HR tools such as ADP
- Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS
- Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and HCM.
- Executing benefit functions effectively and ensuring staff understand their benefits.
- Developing strong communication lines within the organization at all levels.
- Establishing working relationships with supervisory and managerial personnel to achieve HR goals. • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources role
- Proven experience handling ADP - Financial Services
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian software
- Familiarity with HCM (Human Capital Management)
- Ability to manage Benefit Functions within an organization
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of Compliance within a Human Resources context
- Proven track record in maintaining positive Employee Relations
- Experience with Hiring Processes, including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
