Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at Maverc Technologies, you will be part of a dynamic team working on multi-intelligence and multi-domain systems, with a deep understanding of current object and activity-based models within the intelligence community. Your role will support national efforts to combat chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats.

Leveraging Integrated Biosurveillance (IB), your work will help achieve early detection and warning, contributing to situational awareness and improving decision-making during health-related incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document requirements and specifications, and review documentation from other teams and vendors.
  • Analyze and synthesize requirements for feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and drive engineering efforts to meet tight deadlines.
  • Support agile development processes, utilizing iterative development methodologies to align requirements and solutions effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration within the Department of Defense (DoD) and CDAO teams, ensuring efficient communication and project execution.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in agile methodologies, driving process improvements and solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage proactively with CDAO members and DoD colleagues across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week onsite at a CDAO location.
