Responsibilities
The priorities for this role include: preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, repair of mechanical systems equipment and components, and rebuilding of mechanical systems equipment and components.- Perform daily maintenance tasks and troubleshooting of packaging and production equipment and systems, including: Extruder, Dryers, Dry bulk storage & conveying, Dilute phase pneumatic conveying, High speed packaging including cartoners, baggers, case-packers, palletizers, low pressure boilers, thermal fluid process heaters, material handling systems, water chillers, compressed air systems, and HVAC systems
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to solve repetitive problems, complete preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs and work
- Partner with operations to learn operating systems, while providing training on mechanical components
