Vice President of Human Resources

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Human Resources (HR) with extensive experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry to lead HR functions across a multi-location, high-growth organization with over 500 locations.

This senior executive role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in talent acquisition, people management, employee development, and HR technology solutions. The VP of HR will drive HR strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, all while navigating the complexities of a multi-entity, fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR leader to make a significant impact within a well-established company undergoing expansion, with a focus on aligning people strategies with business outcomes

This role is a HYBRID position that requires up to 50% Travel to various locations in U.S

Restaurant/Hospitality with multi location is required. Will consider relocation.

  • Applicant must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role.
  • Must have a strong background in Benefit Functions, with the ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefit programs.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
  • A solid understanding and proven experience in Compliance is necessary, ensuring regulatory standards are met within the company.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Employee Relations is essential, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in Hiring Processes is expected, with experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent retention.
  • Strong capability in Human Resources (HR) Administration is required, including HRIS management, policy development, and strategic HR planning.
  • Experience in the Restaurant industry is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of its unique HR needs and challenges.
