Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product/service information and assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Maintain customer accounts and ensure accurate data entry.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
- Continuously strive for improvements in customer satisfaction.
