Immediate opening for an Part Time Administrative Assistant with a well-established manufacturing company in Philadelphia! Part Time Monday thru Friday 7am to 1pm.

Responsibilities- Act as first point of contact for the plant by answering the phone and welcoming in person visitors.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Provide badges to new hires, visitors, and temporary staff
- Receive incoming packages and mail from shipping department and postal service and distribute as necessary
- Produce, maintain, and distribute reports as directed by plant leadership
- Responsible for maintenance of NHBA and Workplace systems
- Maintain front office, HR, and kitchen supplies.
- Schedule meetings as required. Provide meeting support by reserving and setting up conference rooms and ordering meals as required.
- Assist with coordinating visitor and corporate plant tours as directed.
- In conjunction with HR Generalist, schedule interviews with job applicants and temporary agency candidates.
- Send email correspondence to staff on behalf of Plant Director or Human Resources as directed
