Part Time Administrative Assistant

Immediate opening for an Part Time Administrative Assistant with a well-established manufacturing company in Philadelphia! Part Time Monday thru Friday 7am to 1pm.

Interview and start immediately!

• Act as first point of contact for the plant by answering the phone and welcoming in person visitors.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
• Provide badges to new hires, visitors, and temporary staff
• Receive incoming packages and mail from shipping department and postal service and distribute as necessary
• Produce, maintain, and distribute reports as directed by plant leadership
• Responsible for maintenance of NHBA and Workplace systems
• Maintain front office, HR, and kitchen supplies.
• Schedule meetings as required. Provide meeting support by reserving and setting up conference rooms and ordering meals as required.
• Assist with coordinating visitor and corporate plant tours as directed.
• In conjunction with HR Generalist, schedule interviews with job applicants and temporary agency candidates.
• Send email correspondence to staff on behalf of Plant Director or Human Resources as directed
