Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Analyst to join our growing asset management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the company's investment portfolio, providing critical support to senior managers in decision-making processes, and ensuring optimal asset performance.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or related fields. Prior experience in investment analysis, real estate, or portfolio management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other financial software tools.
- Knowledge of investment strategies, asset classes, and financial markets.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Certifications:
CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications are desirable but not required.
