We are in the search for a Sales Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with potential students, primarily via email, and promoting our upcoming programs. You will also handle data processing and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential students through email about upcoming workshops and programs
- Convert leads/inquiries by selling the potential student on the upcoming program
- Handle cash activity and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively
- Use Crystal Reports for data processing and reporting
- Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries
- Understand and participate in buying processes
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services and Concur for additional operational tasks
- Ensure timely data processing and accuracy of customer records
- Handle cash with responsibility and accuracy.
- Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with Concur
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to generate reports using Crystal Reports
- Data Processing skills are essential
- Knowledge of About Time software
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
- Understanding of Buying Processes
- Proficient in Cash Activity management
- Experience in Cash Handling
