Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information about products/services
• Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
• Utilizing customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Keeping records of customer interactions and processing customer accounts
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
