Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
- Assists in delivering high quality health care services in a professional, compassionate and courteous manner while respecting the dignity and individuality of each person who comes in contact with the organization by following the Standards of Excellence, the Standards of Performance.
- Maintains commitment to professional growth and competency through on-going activities that promote professional role development.

- Practices patient experience best practices of AIDET, Hourly Rounding, and Use of the White Board as minimal expectations. May also practice bedside shift report and other best practices required by facility.
- Documents interventions in accordance with hospital policy and standards of care
- Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors. Demonstrates knowledge of proper identification of and reporting of medical/healthcare errors. Protects the patient in the event of a medical/health care error.
- Utilizes resources appropriately and follows facility guidelines for documentation and charging of medical supplies and equipment.
Collaborates with new employees and peers to support orientation, training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications- Experience working as a Clinical Assistant, Medical Assistant, or enrolled in an accredited Nursing or EMT Program.
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- Proficient computer skills.
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR.
