Job Description- Drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead employee relations tasks
- Implement a wide range of policies, including attendance and employee investigations procedures
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment, anticipating and resolving HR-related issues as they arise
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven working experience in HR business partner role
- Prior employee relations experience
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of New Jersey labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
