Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Controller on various accounting tasks
- Handle month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for various accounting tasks and financial analysis
- Work with data to aid in financial decision-making
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and journal entries
- Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Employ Jonas Club Software for various accounting tasks
- Monitor and manage family office accounts. • Applicant must possess at least one year of experience in a senior accountant role or similar.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation is a must.
- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation effectively.
- Experience with bank reconciliations is required.
- Knowledge of general ledger management is essential.
- Applicant should be skilled in creating and maintaining journal entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Experience with month end close processes is required.
- Familiarity with Jonas Club Software is a desirable attribute.
- Experience in a family office setting is a plus.
