Account Executive
This is the perfect role for an individual with a client facing sales background with ambitions to join and flourish at a market leading insurance broker whether they are from a sales role or looking to take the next step into an Account Executive role in their career.
The successful individual will have the opportunity to work within an experienced and growing team within Shrewsbury with the backing of a global broker to support and enhance professional development aspirations. Clients will be location nationally with a specific focus on Transportation and Logistics as well as other industry focuses.

Support of an experience Account Management team to support in the day-to-day servicing of clients

Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets
What you need to have:
Experience in generating new business from pipeline dataExperience within the Transport, Logistics and Haulage sector
Demonstrate a strong skillset in retaining a current book of clients
Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
