Join Voice Up Publishing as our Workforce & Community Leadership Development Intern, focusing on building pathways that connect emerging leaders with meaningful community impact opportunities. This role bridges professional development with community engagement, creating sustainable models for leadership growth while strengthening local communities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop workforce readiness programs for community leaders
- Create leadership development frameworks
- Design community engagement strategies
- Build partnerships with local employers and organizations
- Map community assets and opportunities
- Participate in weekly Saturday afternoon collaborative sessions with our nationwide team of student leaders
- Track community leadership initiatives
