Position Overview:

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development, launch, and lifecycle management of medical services and healthcare products. Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure the successful design and implementation of healthcare services and products.

Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

Oversee product performance, conducting regular analysis to assess metrics, patient outcomes, and overall success.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features.

Act as a key liaison between departments, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive product strategies and communication.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Lead product training sessions for internal teams and external partners.

Ensure all products and services comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain a focus on patient confidentiality and safety.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure products are launched on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in healthcare management, business administration, product management, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

Proven experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful product launches.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in product management tools and software.

Experience with healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), and telemedicine platforms is a plus.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
