Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of our cable products.
Sales Training: Train sales staff on product knowledge to enhance their understanding and effectiveness.
They are particularly focused on the industrial automation sector and position themselves as a top player in the design, production, and supply of custom electrical cables across various sectors.
Responsibility:
Technical Analysis: Collaborate with the Italian technical team to perform detailed technical analysis of our cable products.Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing any problems or questions related to cables.
Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of our cable products.
Sales Training: Train sales staff on product knowledge to enhance their understanding and effectiveness.
Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote our products.
Market Monitoring and Research: Track market trends and conduct research to adapt our offerings, refine existing products, and develop new cable solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
Promotional Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to boost sales and market share.Customer Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
