Transportation CNA
Full Time | Days | 9am - 5pm
** Pay rate between $20 - 27.71/hour ** (based on experience and shift differential)

What will I do as a Transportation CNA for The Wesley Community?
+ Transport residents properly to and from appointments both within the facility and outside of the facility.
+ Performs CNA duties while out of facility on transport and within the facility as needed.
+ Assists with scheduling/coordination of facility transports when necessary.
Transportation CNA Requirements :
+ High school diploma or GED
+ NYS Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
+ Experience in transporting elderly persons, preferred.
