Overview:

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and creativity in the kitchen. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and execution
Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Help create new dishes and specials to delight our guests

Skills:

Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food handling, kitchen management, and menu planning
Proficiency in food production and maintaining high-quality standards
Understanding of food safety guidelines and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
