Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment including digital and flexographic presses, die-cutting machines, shrink sleeve applicators, and other packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Repair or replace defective components to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Maintain maintenance logs and records, documenting repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address equipment performance issues that may affect product quality.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipment necessary for repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment downtime.
