What You’ll Do:

  • Provide medical support, assessments, and education for individuals in assigned programs
  • Coordinate and monitor healthcare services and communicate medical needs
  • Transport individuals to medical appointments and ensure follow-up care
  • Train and support staff on medication policies and procedures
  • Document nursing interventions and maintain accurate health records

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in MA (RN applicants also considered)
  • 1+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong communication, advocacy, and teamwork skills
