You will also play a key role in performing bank reconciliations and managing payroll.

• Manage outsourced accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform family office accounting tasks, paying close attention to detail.
• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements adhering to accounting standards.
• Oversee the management of fixed assets, ensuring proper records are kept.
• Perform bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Manage payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Execute month-end close procedures. • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior accountant role or similar
• Proficient in Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger management, Journal Entries and Month End Close procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is desirable
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial information.
