Overview:

No one knows more about the who, when, and where than you.

You’re thorough, organized, and reliable, and you love working in an environment that allows you to dot you “Is” and cross your “Ts”. You know that the absence of a thoughtfully planned schedule can make your and your team’s day super stressful.

You take pride in the work that you do and understand that doing your job well is vital to the success of the team. We think you would be the perfect fit for the Patient/Staff Service Coordinator position at Ohio Living.

Why Ohio Living is different
  • Close-knit culture. We’re more like a second family here. You’ll get to know your team, our residents and patients, and you’ll appreciate the additional joy it brings to your work.
  • Better balance. We rarely mandate you to work past your shift. You’ll find we are committed to ensuring great work/life balance for you.
  • Different pace. We’re not as frantic as a hospital and serve a different population. You’ll love that you get the support you need here, which makes it easier to give each resident or patient the time they deserve.
  • Grow as a leader. This role will help you build your leadership and customer service skills. We offer education assistance to obtain further education if you’re interested!
  • Attractive pay and benefits. We offer everything you expect, plus a retirement plan, paid time off, education assistance, pay advances up to $500, recognition programs and free meals.

What you’ll do

You’re the heartbeat of the clinical team and an incredibly important patient resource. We will look to you to make sure that we always have a schedule that works and that allows us to provide exemplary care to every patient. With the support of leadership, you will create the schedule and manage any last-minute changes quickly.

What it takes
