We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Rocky Mount, NC. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain.Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints.

Duties: Patient exam|evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records|imaging)
Order and review tests|labsDiagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises and various modalities
Manage patient care
Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections (ultrasound guided)
Documentation and progress notes
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Nurse Practitioner license in NCOrthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
Experience with US guided joint injections a plus but we can provide training if needed
Schedule:- day work week (Mon- Thurs)
Compensation: $90k-$110k (DOE and schedule PT|FT) plus bonus compensation
