Responsibilities- Process and reconcile invoices using a 3-way match (matching invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports).
- Manage vendor accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Handle vendor inquiries and provide basic customer service support.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, including W-9s and banking information.
- Utilize and navigate AS400, Sage, and Esker ERP systems for payment processing and reporting.
- Review and verify purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in month-end closing activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in AS400, Sage, and Esker ERP systems is required.
- Understanding of 3-way match, vendor management, and payment processing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic customer service skills to handle vendor communication professionally.
- Familiarity with W-9 forms and vendor banking information management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
