This role will need strong experience with Plastic Injection Molding processes. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for training and managing the day to day operations of a growing team at a brand new manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities -- Ensure the quality of finished plastic molded products prior to and after assembly
- Collaborate with technician team to implement process improvements
- Assist with development and implementation of new projects, assist with initiatives to increase efficiency and quality
- Diagnose and resolve issues leading to quality defects
- Select, train, and manage Quality Technician team
