We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Clerk to join our client's growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and sort mail. Other duties will include assisting office managers with invoices, personnel files, and other day-to-day operations to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks.
  • Greet and assist visitors when they arrived at office.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings and maintain agenda.
  • High School Diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Clerk or other clerical position.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
